RESPONSABILE GESTIONE ORDINI – PLANNING EVASIONE MERCE
La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'ufficio commerciale e in coordinamento con le attività di recupero credito, si occuperà nel dettaglio di: - Assegnazione dei capi in ordine cliente, in arrivo dai laboratori produttori, a mezzo sistema gestionale aziendale - Organizzazione del planning di evasione merce in collaborazione con il commerciale e credit control. - Emissione liste di spedizione, input che consente alla logistica di inscatolare/preparare la merce per la spedizione. Il profilo ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - Buona conoscenza dei meccanismi di gestione merce in ingresso di un'azienda, possibilmente d'abbigliamento. - Capacità di lavoro in team
- Precisione, capacità di concentrazione, affidabilità, dinamicità
- Buona conoscenza di Excel e predisposizione all’utilizzo dei sistemi informatici - preferibile residenza in zona Rimini.

Posizione: STRATEGIC KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Competenze:
STRATEGIC KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Educational background: University degree, ideally in Business Administration.
Professional experience: Manager with at least 10 years of experience, who has held growing responsibilities/managerial positions in Sales and Key Account Management at International Companies, ideally with a mixed background of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods and sporting goods industries.
The ideal candidate for this position:
(a) has developed the career with an initial period of training as Sales Rep (ideally 1/2 years), followed by assignments as Area Manager/Sales Team Leader (ideally 2/3 years) and completed by a significant experience in managing Key Accounts.
(b) is able to combine outstanding personal skills with excellent working methodologies and project management aptitude, thus fully leveraging (but not slavishly copying) competencies and learning from previous experiences.
(c) must be familiar with MIS/DSS systems (management information system/decision support system), as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Key professional skills:
A) ability to set appropriate Sales & Profit targets (challenging but achievable) for the assigned customer base and top accounts and then to effectively interact with them as well as with other company functions;
B) excellent knowledge of retail KSF/KPI and of retailers’ mindset and operational framework;
C) ability to develop ad-hoc business analysis by Trade Segment/Customer and/or by product category/segment, and to execute specific plans for business development;
D) ability to have a very solid and balanced business approach, rather profit than volume driven (value creation oriented);
E) ability to credibly and effectively communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executives and C-levels;
F) experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
G) ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to details;
H) excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
I) excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Language knowledge: excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of Italian, French and/or German represents a competitive advantage.
Other requirements for the job: good personal standing, dynamic, charismatic, good communicator, able to establish and develop excellent interpersonal relationships, willingness to spend appropriate time on the field and travelling to visit Key Accounts on a systematic basis.
